I offer a sex-positive, life-affirming approach to therapy. I welcome people of every ability, race/ethnicity, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, and gender identity. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and align with WPATH standards of care. As an AASECT certified sex and relationship therapist, I treat performance anxiety, erection and ejaculation difficulties, low desire and sexual pain. I help couples heal attachment injuries caused by compulsive sexual behavior, infidelity/betrayal and mismatched desire. Ultimately, I can help you develop a deeper sense of connection with your own unique sexual expression leading to greater peace and acceptance of yourself. Providing a comfortable and emotionally safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors is essential to our therapeutic process. In therapy, we will identify strengths and resources unique to your life experience. Together, we will create realistic goals so you can implement meaningful changes in your life. My professional, academic, and personal experiences give me in depth knowledge in these areas. This allows my clients to feel safe and deeply understood while discussing their challenges with me.
